Our Apprenticeship Training Approach
The NTAR apprenticeship curriculum is designed with employers to develop job-ready rail professionals through a blend of technical learning and hands-on practical training, while maximising the value of the Apprenticeship Levy.
As both a Main Provider and Specialist Subcontractor, NTAR strengthens apprenticeship programmes by delivering expert Rail Engineering training, specialist modules and learning in industry-standard facilities.
