See Behind the Scenes in the Rail Industry

Coming up on 24th February YRP East Midlands will be going on site with @Progress Rail!

This is a great opportunity to visit a production facility in Sandiacre, one of 4 Progress Rail manufacturing sites in the UK, where they forge, weld and machine rails, crossing vees and produce base plates in their cast iron foundry. They have very kindly agreed to take a group of YRP members for a tour of the facility getting to look at what goes on at a rail manufacturing site.

To Bring: Attendees are asked to bring their own PPE (High Vis, Bump Cap/ Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Ear Defenders), if you don’t have the listed PPE please get in touch with “Harrison.allen@shortermgroup.com”
